Todays piece is a bit longer than one word! It felt like I learned something from this, for an exampel, it’s good to have a hellofalot bigger paper! Was freaking hard to get the hand draw straightlines. I really hope I can look back on this in a year and feel that I made progress in my lettering skills.
But that’s not important today!

I’m startin a new project just to get myself into this handlettering thing.
I’m totally in love with the whole signpainting/handlettering thing, and I really want to get a grip around the lettering. So from now on I will try to “draw” on word everyday. A “one word diary”. This is the first of hopefully 365. I know it’s not the awesomest thing you seen, but hey It’s all for practice! I will be giving every “piece” about 30 min everyday, probably less because of the other projects I’m working on.
This one is made in illustrator with a wacomtablet.
